At least that's what some owners think when they cough up major cash for a pet wedding. "It's a way to honor the puppy love and have fun," says pet party planner Alma Rose Middleton, who has "married" dogs such as Boo Boo and Mimi after they "feel in love" at a birthday party. The cost of a to-drool-for wedding? Up to $8,000!"
